Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Tridente SI apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac and the service behind them ("the Service"), including Seahorse, the Super Intelligence (SI) assistant. By using the Service you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Latte Computer, under Bekje ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Access and accounts

You sign in with your Ghostee ID, and the app checks that it is a genuine copy using Apple's App Attest. Keep your Ghostee account secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Features may change, break or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable without notice. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break any applicable law or regulation,
generate or distribute harmful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content,
try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service, including by getting around its device checks or rate limits, or
resell the Service or present it as your own.

3. Your content and SI output

You keep ownership of what you submit and what you receive. Seahorse's answers are generated automatically, may use web search, and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before relying on it, and don't treat answers as professional (for example medical, legal or financial) advice. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Savvy mode researches in several steps and Code mode works on code tasks and can run code in a temporary sandbox. Review what they produce before you rely on it or run it yourself.

If you connect GitHub for code tasks, changes and pull requests that Seahorse makes at your request are made with your GitHub access, and you are responsible for reviewing them. Your use of GitHub is also governed by GitHub's own terms.

4. Usage limits

The Service applies per-account and per-network usage and rate limits to keep it available for everyone. We may adjust these limits at any time.

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account). See the Privacy Policy for what is removed.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that output will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latte Computer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Apple

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
